Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, the following charges will apply:

  • 45+ days prior to trip start – 95% refund of total cost
  • 30–44 days prior – 75% refund of total cost
  • 15–29 days prior – 50% refund of total cost
  • 8–14 days prior – 25% refund of total cost
  • 7 days or less – No refund

Our cancellation policy aligns with the terms of our partner hotels, homestays, and service providers. While we cannot guarantee a refund in every case, our team will coordinate with vendors to secure the best possible refund or issue a travel credit wherever feasible.

Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a tour in unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather events
  • Political unrest or safety concerns
  • Airport/railway closures or government-imposed restrictions
  • Any other force majeure situations

In such cases, a credit note will be issued for the amount received, after deducting any non-recoverable costs (see section below).

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Government permits, passes, or entry tickets (museums, monuments, etc.)
  • Custom services or arrangements made specifically at the client’s request
