Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, the following charges will apply:
- 45+ days prior to trip start – 95% refund of total cost
- 30–44 days prior – 75% refund of total cost
- 15–29 days prior – 50% refund of total cost
- 8–14 days prior – 25% refund of total cost
- 7 days or less – No refund
Our cancellation policy aligns with the terms of our partner hotels, homestays, and service providers. While we cannot guarantee a refund in every case, our team will coordinate with vendors to secure the best possible refund or issue a travel credit wherever feasible.
Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a tour in unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather events
- Political unrest or safety concerns
- Airport/railway closures or government-imposed restrictions
- Any other force majeure situations
In such cases, a credit note will be issued for the amount received, after deducting any non-recoverable costs (see section below).
Non-Refundable Charges
- Government permits, passes, or entry tickets (museums, monuments, etc.)
- Custom services or arrangements made specifically at the client’s request
